How to Use This Tool:

- Click the "Save Workout" button to log your workout data.
- Your progress will be recorded, and you can view past workouts in the history section.
- The bar chart visually represents your workout trends over the past 7 days.
Measurement Process:
Each workout category is measured in minutes to track daily effort.
- Cardio: Includes running, cycling, brisk walking, etc.
- Strength: Weight lifting, bodyweight exercises, resistance training.
- Stretching: Yoga, flexibility exercises, mobility work.
